Does Your J.O.B Pay You 5 Different Ways?

So what exactly is Total Life Changes?

Total Life Changes or TLC for short is a network marketing company that sells a range of different natural, nutritional supplements and beauty care products.
Total Life Changes has created the most powerful Hybrid Binary compensation plan in the industry. It has been engineered to quickly compensate you for introducing new reps to TLC’s products and business opportunity and also create a lucrative residual income for your continued hard work. Let’s
explore what our compensation plan has to offer and why it’s so powerful.

Five different ways to earn with TLC

Retail Customer Profits & Commissions
Total Life Changes™ (TLC) offers you the opportunity to establish a base of customers whose purchases generate retail profits as well as commissionable volume that will help build your commissions. Your personal networking skills, coupled with online marketing options
available will generate people who will buy the products, even if they do not have the desire to become an Independent Business Owner (IBO).

Fast-Start Bonus
As an Independent Business Owner with Total Life Changes™, you can receive a 50% commission from the first order (with commissionable volume) from your personally referred IBO. Each new person you refer is eligible for this program and commissions are paid weekly.

Binary Pay
As your team grows, you will receive Binary commissions from not only those people you have personally referred, but from the purchases of the people they have referred as well. A “Binary”, meaning two, is simply having two teams, a left team and a right team that grow from
you and others who add new IBO’s that order products. Also, your business associates may help in creating additional commissionable volume by placing new IBO’s on your team. You will
be paid a percentage, ranging from 10% to 25% based on your lesser team (weak leg) commissionable volume. These commissions are paid weekly with a $20,000 binary cap.

Matching Bonus
This bonus program rewards the commitment to refer others and help them succeed. You will receive additional commissions up to a 50% match of what your personally referred IBOs earn from their Binary commission, as well as up to a 50% match of what their personally referred IBOs earn from their Binary commission. This is also paid weekly.

Lifestyle Bonus
TLC realizes that as your business grows so do your expenses. Once all qualifications have been met to earn the Lifestyle bonus, TLC will reimburse IBO’s up to $1,500 to help offset these costs. This bonus will be paid monthly.

There are several reasons for joining Total Life Changes™, the most dramatic is the absence of fees and major purchase requirements. There is no charge or signing fee to become a member of TLC. Your very first order will assign you a rep number, provide you with a free website, and entitle you to participate in TLC’s lucrative commission plan. The first of two qualifications to earn commissions is that you order a TLC product that creates at least 40 PCV. This can be achieved by purchasing
a one-month supply of one of TLC’s products; for example, Iaso™Tea or Nutra Burst™. Each of these products has a corresponding volume that will qualify you to earn commissions.
Remaining qualified to earn commissions on customer and downline purchases requires the personal purchase of a qualifying product with volume of 40 PCV on the monthly anniversary date of your previous order, this may vary from 28-31 days depending on the month. Commissions are paid on the assigned volume value. A single monthly purchase of 40 PCV qualifies you to earn commissions from the retail, fast start, and binary pay bonuses

Some of the amazing super-foods contained in NutraBurst are: acai berry extract, resveratrol, hoodia, green tea, and quercetin.
Acai berries have been shown to contain the highest antioxidant values of any food in the world. The ORAC value (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) measures antioxidant capacities of different foods. Results have shown that acai berries have a much higher ORAC value than red grapes, green tea, blueberries, and pomegranates. So when you take acai, you are fighting disease, cleansing your body, increasing your metabolism, and stimulating fat loss.
Resveratrol is found in red grapes and Japanese knotweed, offering protection from cancer, diabetes, viruses, aging, and inflammation. In certain studies, resveratrol has helped mice attain cardiovascular systems that are equivalent to that of a marathon runner! Resveratrol is found in red grapes and Japanese knotweed, offering protection from cancer, diabetes, viruses, aging, and inflammation.
Hoodia plant is a succulent found in remote areas of the Kalahari Desert. Scientists at Brown University found that the glycosides in Hoodia stimulate nerve cells in the potion of the brain that regulate blood glucose. This fools the brain into thinking that the body has enough energy, which results in decreased appetite. Subjects in other studies taking the substance lost weight without any of the perceivable side effects.
Green tea is a powerful metabolism booster and antioxidant. It burns fat naturally and increases metabolism by working with other nutrients to increase levels of fat oxidation and thermogenesis. Clinical studies on green tea have determined that regular use significantly alleviates fat oxidation and promotes weight loss.
Quercetin is a powerful antioxidant. It is also a natural anti-histamine, and anti-inflammatory. Quercetin is part of the coloring found in the skins of apples and red onions. Research from studies shows that quercetin influences cellular mechanisms that may reduce the risk of lung and prostate cancer.

Vegan… Paleo….Omnivorous…. What Diet Do You Eat?

There are so many types of daily diets out there. What category do you fall into?
This  is when you consume both plant and animal based foods. This is probably the most common type of diet.
This is when your diet contains strictly animal flesh [meat]. No to many  people are carnivorous.
Lacto-ovo Vegetarian
This is the most common type of vegetarian diets. This diet does not include any type of animal flesh [meat], but does include the by-products of cows and chickens in the forms of milk and eggs.
Lacto Vegetarian
This is a Vegetarian diet [no animal flesh] with NO milk or eggs.
This is a very strict and very pure form of vegetarianism. No animal products are consumed at all. [many vegans will not even use animal products or by-products in any form, including clothes, beauty and household items]
A philosophy of life centered around a diet originally brought to this country from Japan by George Ohsawa. This diet consists almost exclusively of cooked foods, as raw foods are felt to be difficult to digest and too cooling for the system. Less than 5% of the diet is consumed fruits and those should be cooked. Dairy foods and eggs are usually avoided. The only animal products recommended are white fish such as halibut, trout and sole, and these are to be kept at less than 5% of the diet.  Thus leaving this a mostly vegetarian diet.
Raw Foods
This diet consists of uncooked whole foods in their most potentially nutritious state.
Natural Hygiene
This diet is an ancient system of a raw foods diet supported by cleansing the colon and occasional fasting.
This diet consists of simply fruits.
Natural/Whole Foods
This diet consists of the foods that nature provides in their natural state. [no additives]
These are just a few of today’s daily diet types that are available for you to pick from. They are far from all of them.

What To Look For When Deciding To Become A Network Marketer.

When you make the decision to become a Network Marketer there are a few things you should consider before partnering up with a company.
The first thing to look at is stability. – How long has this company been in business?
The second thing to look at is- What are the products? Are these  products or services that consumers will use and need more of?
The third thing to look at is their compensation plan. – What are the requirements to earn and receive your commission. What is the commission rate per sale.
The fourth thing to look at is the integrity of the company. What is the experience of the CEO, what is their experience and background in the industry. Were they been successful in other companies? Do they have a good reputation?
The fifth thing to look at is momentum and timing. Is the company experiencing success, and growth? What’s going on with the company?
The sixth thing to look at is support and training. Most companies offer some form of training to their new “partners”. When it comes to training and support, you really want to focus on the the person you are signing up under. Are they part of successful team? Does the team provide additional and extensive training and support?

Five Easy Steps For Changing Habits

Five easy steps for changing habits:
1. Awareness: You must become aware of your habits. What is this habit exactly? How is this bad habit or group of bad habits affecting you? How is this habit affecting others? For example, smoking often has negative effects on others as well as on you.
2. Wanting to Change: As someone with a health problem, you must decide that breaking bad habits through a conscious effort is a worthy goal. You must convince yourself that the change in the habit is worth the effort involved.
3. Commitment: You must be determined to do whatever it takes for breaking bad habits so that you can better control your life. You make a decision that “no matter what” you will change the habit. You do the work required to stop. Here are some examples of habits you might want to change: Smoking, eating too much, eating processed foods, not exercising, drinking coffee or other beverages with caffeine in them, eating too much sugar or fat, drinking alcohol, procrastinating, etc.
4. Consistent Action: It is important to focus on changing just one habit at a time. Then, take consistent daily actions for breaking the bad habit that has been causing problems and take the actions to develop a new one. We suggest doing this process one step at a time rather than trying to do it all at once. Sometimes changing a habit can be done “cold turkey” like smoking and sometimes it works better to make a gradual change.
Be sure to give yourself positive rewards often for taking small actions toward changing a bad habit. Continual day-by-day actions are what are critical. This is NOT about an occasional action or step. It is about being consistent every day.
5. Perseverance: There will be times when you question whether it is all worth it. You’ll say to yourself that breaking these bad habits is too difficult; that you are too “weak” to change. Your old self, often so comfortable living with the bad habits, is trying to hold on. Breaking your old patterns may require meditation and prayer.

So you decided to work from home and found the perfect company. You are so excited and ready to run out and sell sell sell…. recruit recruit recruit.
The problem is, not everyone is going to share your enthusiasm.

You will probably hear the word no, more times than a two year old does. DON’T LET THIS DISCOURAGE YOU!

Go for nos! Expect to hear 40 nos before you hear a yes. IT’S OK!!
This is just a fact of the business. Unless someone tells you ABSOLUTELY NOT.. THERE IS NO WAY, that’s a maybe!

See how fast that turned around?

Start yourself a special notebook for all your contacts.
Write down their name, when you spoke to them and what their response was. Then in a month or two, contact them again.

No doesn’t have to be a bad thing, and is certainly not personal.
Do you think a waitress takes it personal when a customer tells her NO to more coffee? or when a cashier asks if a customer wants their receipt and they tell her NO.

Not everyone is ready for what you have to offer and that is OK. It doesn’t mean you’ve failed or that you suck.

Instead of letting nos bring you down, make a game out of it. Set out in your day to see how many NOs you can get.

NO is not the end of the world and you should never take it personal. Besides, 8 out of 10 nos aren’t even NOs… They are just not nows!
